Here's A Simple, Effective Plan To Help You
Do 30 Transactions A Year

For most agents, the biggest stumbling block is generating enough client flow to make real estate a lasting business - it's all about marketing and sales generation. So here's one vital thing you can do to develop your marketing and sales generation system.

Get a MARKETING PLAN

"If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there". Smart, business minded agents plan their marketing strategies, examine where their current business comes from, and put plans in place to capture future sales.

If your are doing less than 30 transaction and you want to do 60 plus, the first place to start is by getting a written marketing plan for your real estate business. Select 5 or so major marketing strategies, set a goal for them, and focus your efforts like a sniper.

Here's an example of a simple plan that can help you do 30-transaction a year.

Action:
Build your prospect and client database with 500 names in the first year and communicate with them once a month. Your goal to get 12 transactions from your database or past client list.

Action:
Select a farm area where there are lots of listings, short listing times, high turnovers and a fewer agents. You could probably get these stats from the real estate board. You want to become known as the real estate expert in that area. Your goal: 6 Listings and 1 buyer referral for every listing.

Action:
Implement multiple lead generation activities to attract buyers, i.e. free reports, flyers, newsletter, classified ads, and postcards. Make sure they are all direct response ads.
Goal: 6 buyers.

If you are doing less than 30 transactions and you want to do more, you have to stop
doing haphazard marketing. No more going from transaction to transaction hoping and wishing for the next deal. It's time to develop your marketing plan and transform yourself from a hunter to a farmer.
