May be you can write for a mortgage company’s newsletter

. Attach your contact information and a link to your

your own e-newsletter
This
is one of the best ways to demonstrate your expertise.
Don’t
spend your time talking about you and how many awards
you have
received. Focus on providing your readers with information
that will
help them solve their issues, save money, time or even
improve
their self-esteem. Email newsletters are very good at
developing
relationships and keeping in touch with your past clients.

Use proper keywords or keyword phrases for your sites
content
Search
engines look for certain keywords that they would show
in their
results page. Having the right keywords and phrases
is a critical factor
in getting high rankings in the major search engines.
Your website
doesn’t get ranked high because of flash and fancy graphics.
It’s relevant
content that gives you the advantage. Make sure you
know what
the keywords are in your industry and use them throughout
your website.
