QUOTE
"A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so".

Here’s An Affordable Way To Build Relationships With Customers And Prospects And Encourage Repeat Sales
One very effective Internet marketing strategy is to develop a monthly e-newsletter that you can send to your current and potential customers. An e-newsletter can be effective at building ongoing relationships, and promoting repeat sales with your current customers it’s also works well for educating potential customers or clients.
First Step
The first item to consider when developing an e-newsletter marketing strategy is your email database. You have an email database right? If you don’t it’s time to start building one. I don’t recommend you use Outlook. Invest in a commercial email marketing system. Do a quick Google search and you’ll find many examples.
No Spamming
The first thing to do is to ask all your current clients for their e-mail address and for permission to send them your e-newsletters. Sending your e-newsletter to people with no interest in your products or services will likely result in your e-newsletter being viewed as spam. This is a waste of time and effort. And your email address could even get black listed. This can damage your company image and cause you to lose business.
How To Collect E-mail Addresses?
An effective way to develop your email database is to implement a strategy to encourage people sign-up to receive information from you. In internet marketing terms it’s commonly known as an “opt-in” email list. This could include a “sign-up for our newsletter” form at your website. Holding an offline or online contest has also proven to be effective. Offering some kind of FREE report in exchange for emails has also been proven to be effective.
What to put in your newsletter?
The content of your e-newsletter should focus on information that will add value to people’s lives or their business. Keeping direct advertising to a minimum is ideal, but it is acceptable to use subtle advertising techniques to promote your products or services.
Cost
E-newsletters are one of the most cost-effective ways to stay in constant contact with your customers and prospects. For under $50.00 a month you can develop an email newsletter program that can develop into an effective marketing tool.
